Dissociated Spaces

I photographed this wanting to capture so I could see for myself, what I look like from the outside when I am becalmed as I am now, in the sea of my selves.

I sit in this, the shell casing of me, that holds all of the inner mes, vacant in space, lost in time.

Nothing is linear, fragmented what is real, dissociation sets in but I strive to remain grounded in my cognitive inner space.

Step away, take a breath, sit with it. Don’t dismiss them. Don’t force them. Don’t hate them. Don’t hurt them. Just let them be.

And they will be. Me.
